I stopped by Sally Beauty last night to see if there were any great post-holiday markdowns. (Eh. One China Glaze gift set, but I already had one of the colors and didn’t care about the other.) No luck there, but then I stumbled onto my next big project:
I’ve been trying home waxing workarounds but hadn’t made the leap to actual waxing, partly because I didn’t want to spend the money just to learn I’m a big hair removal sissy, and partly because I just didn’t want to spend the money. But 30 bucks for the whole deal was too good an opportunity to pass up, so I went for it. Of course, I’ve just done my eyebrows and shaved my legs, so I can’t try it out just yet. But I’m looking forward to navigating past entry-level hair removal.
(Of course the cashier at Sally messed up and charged me for everything individually PLUS the kit, which I worked out on my way back to the car, and then I had to go back and get it all sorted out. Is it just my Sally at which ringing up takes FOREVER if you have any sale items because the employees are never familiar with the sales and always get confused by the sale flyer, or does that happen at all of them?)
